Drilling and Milling Machines

In just one clamping operation and fully automatically, the gates or risers are drilled out at up to three pipe ends and the connection ring surfaces or diameters are machined to finished size. Production variations in angularity can be compensated for up to +/-5° at all three pipe ends.

We offer these drilling and milling machines in three standard sizes and can thus process pipe diameters from 10 mm to 400 mm. Intermediate sizes and special designs are also available.

An innovative chip management system enables the processing of different materials (PE, PP, PVC) on one machine and supports the recycling of the chips by type.
