Special Machines
Customer specific requirements and demands can very often not be satisfactorily solved by using standard machines. In such cases, we can meet the high requirements of our customers by designing individually developed special machines.
We often use our long-standing experience in the industry right from the beginning in the concept defining phase; then we apply our high problem-solving skills in 3D designing to plan the concepts, which are subsequently manufactured and assembled in-house.
After commissioning of the equipment and training of the operators at the customer’s plant, we remain with a competent installation team at their disposal for maintenance, repair and relocation of our equipment at any time.
Sandwich Preparation Plant
Our sandwich preparation plant serves to produce compact sandwiches fully automatically by applying adhesive glue to the primary materials such as non-woven fibre-glass, honeycomb-cardboard and decorative fabrics.
Stamping and Gluing Device
The cutting and gluing device is intended for punching 3 fixing holes and for adhesive bonding of 3 foam parts as well as 4 foam patches onto a case base mat.
The punching process is fully automatic, the loading of the installation and the removal of the finished component is carried out manually.
